Ingredients:
1 measure Demijohn's Finest Blended Scotch Whisky 40%
1 measure Ginger Wine 13.5%
1/4 measure Apple Vinegar
Preparation:
Shake and serve over plenty of ice in a tumbler (rocks) glass with a slice of fresh apple on its rim.
