Salads made in heaven.....Team Demijohn headed for the hedgerows a couple of weeks ago to pick the elderflower for our freshly made Elderflower Vinegar.  It is now in stock in our shops and online, but there will definitely not be enough to satisfy this year's unprecedented demand despite us picking like mad things! It is simply delicious on salads when mixed with our new harvest Villa Montalbano extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany, we are talking about a salad that is possibly made in heaven.  Read more about our elderflower picking adventures in our latest newsletter......
