A few Demijohn Customer Comments for 2007:Team Demijohn picking sloe for you on the Kirkdale Estate in Galloway in October 2007
We are very lucky to have really nice customers, seemingly all the time.  Comparing notes with other small retailers like ourselves this apparently is not always the case, in which case let's hope it stays like that for us!  In 2007 we have had record year in business in many ways and not least in our ability to perform well on customer service.  Only you the customer can be the judge of this however, so I thought it would be nice to share a few of those feelings with you as they are very special and mean a lot to us.  Please do keep the comments coming, good or bad, as the good ones boost morale while the bad ones help us learn and improve.  Together they make the whole thing worth it!  Starting with most recent, here we go:

......I am very impressed with your excellent customer service, it is so nice these days to actually deal with people who listen to you and actually bother to respond to customer issues.......I would very much like to use your company as a case study of excellent customer service.

Your staff were absolutely brilliant…..Your product is excellent; my family will love it; and I am extremely happy with the service that I received.  He (Carlos) was very courteous and helpful. He communicated well, and always carried through on his promises to me. His service was prompt, polite and exemplary. You have a good one there. In the future, I will happily continue to shop in your stores. I have been happily recommending them to friends throughout the city and will continue to do so. Thank you for everything.

The rescue pack was received today - many thanks from myself and her indoors!  In this day & age I find it very refreshing that the MD of a burgeoning company can find the time to attend to a plea from a customer with a hand-written note; especially at this time of the year - you must be a well-organised person, I doubt that it's because you don't have lots of other things to do! Many thanks again,

26 November 2007:Can you see Hollywood in the background?
Howdy! Just a quick note to say that my friends and I are enjoying the bottles of various goodies we bought there a few weeks ago. And a hello to the nice woman who took the time to chat with a talkative American tourist, along with photographic proof that my butterscotch liqueur arrived in Los Angeles intact!  ; ) Sadly, it's now almost empty...We all had a wonderful time in your amazing city. See you next time I'm in Edinburgh!
