How is this best used?
Use this vinegar liberally to dress salads with one of our many edible Oils or use in your cooking to add great flavour to sauces, marinades and gravies. Our aged Greek Balsamic Vinegar makes an excellent (and slightly more affordable) alternative to our Italian aged balsamic vinegars.
How is this made?
Our Greek Balsamic Vinegar is produced from grapes grown in the Messina region of the Peloponnese in Western Greece and is a blend of Red Wine Vinegar and aged Balsamic Vinegar. The Balsamic Vinegar is produced from concentrated grape must which is aged in oak barrels to create a deep, concentrated and slightly sweet vinegar.
