Drink this as an aperitif over ice to start an evenings entertainment, or straight as a digestif after a fabulous meal. We can also recommend that you try our Chocolate Dark and Stormy Cocktail. How is this made?
Our Chocolate Rum Liqueur is the product of over 6 months of joint experimentation and development work with Colin and Phyllis Hingston and their Daughter Mitch at their farm in Worcestershire. Made in a similar way to a Sloe Gin, the Cacao bean is infused in a dark spirit Rum in order to provide a rich, yet unsweetened flavour to the rum. The Hingston family have been creating drinks for us at Demijohn since 2004. This Chocolate Rum Liqueur is at the top of its class and is testament to their skill.
