Just back from a family vacation in Edinburgh over Xmas. I agree with the others. Very nice place. Great staff, great apts. good location. The little town nearby had some great spots to eat and dring. The 'liquid deli' "Demijohn" is not to be missed..great spot to pick up oils, vinegars etc..Raspberry Vodka is the best.

In October 2004, Ferguson actually travelled to the Villa Montalbano Estate in Tuscany and harvested his own olives....So, ultimately, how can you be sure that the olive oil you're buying actually does come from the place it says it does? The short answer is, you can't....we'll just have to rely on responsible retailers like the Fergusons to keep doing the legwork for us."
