If you have been hoarding a collection of beautiful, but empty Demijohn bottles, now is a very good time to think about refilling them. We are offering a 10% discount on all Demijohn bottle refills made before the end of February 2012. With Burns Night due next week on 25 Jan and St. Valentine's Day also on the horizon, the timing couldn't be better. Simply request your discount at time of purchase. Please wash your empty bottles thoroughly with hot, soapy water prior to returning. We will check your bottle, remove any previous labelling and provide a new cork 
if necessary. If you are too far away to make it to one of our shops then either send us your bottles in the post with a note of your contact details and order and we will refill and return them for you. Or, consider our new 3 litre Tin Can, for which there is no charge for the actual container. You can then top your bottles up at home: perfect!

Our News
We will soon once again be taking to the highways with our travelling Demijohn Road Show, but our first event of 2012 is somewhat unusual. In early 2011 we 
were approached by a young and acclaimed British Taiwanese artist, Chien-Wei Chang, to sponsor an installation of glass he was planning at Leicester New Walk Museum & Art Gallery. He wished to create a sculpture using recycled glass bottles, something of whish we have quite a lot, and understand. Our passion to reduce our impact on the environment is exactly why we are offering the current discount on your refills, we actually want you to do this! We agreed to assist in providing all of the glass materials needed to create his work. After much hard work on the part of Chien-Wei, we will assist the launch of his exhibition, called "Don't Look Back! I Told You So", on Friday 17th Feb 2012, from 5.30 to 8.30pm with a few delicious Demijohn cocktails. While the cocktails may be good and free, I have no doubt you will be most impressed by what Chien-Wei has created with our glass bottles. So if you are near Leicester, or just interested in art please do make a point of coming to see this inspired exhibition which is open for viewing between 11 Feb and 25 Mar 2012.
A look back and a laugh at 2011
We have encouraged some wonderful bursts of enthusiasm and emotion from our customers since we began in 2004 and you can read them all on our "What people say about us" page on our website. While all are appreciated, some are most definitely worthy of sharing here to provide a good way of charting our journey through a successful 7th year in business.
