Tasting Notes
Our new Lemon Vodka, comes from Powys in Wales and brings a fresh new citrus taste to Demijohn, which is smooth and perfectly sweet. No where near as sharp as our new Lime Vodka, this finely tuned liqueur can be likened better to a very refined version of the infamous Southern Italian liqueur Limoncello. For best consumption it should be placed in the deep freeze, ready to be pulled and drunk after dinner with friends on warm Summers eve. If your vanilla ice cream needs a little more excitement, a splash of this is sure to help! It might also help to start a party, a little tonic, ice, a slice of fresh lemon and sprig of mint may bring a buzz to a BBQ! Ian and Rosemary Mills from Powys in Wales, in between tending carefully for the local gardens that surround their home, certainly have worked their green fingers into this magical creation. Once again a wonderful hobby has been transformed into a thriving liqueur making business.
