Great times are here again with the return at last of our Lime Vodka, one of the most popular lines that we have ever stocked! Our new variety is cleaner, smoother, sharper and even more sophisticated than our original fantastic brew that some of you may remember made cleverly for us by Charlotte! Its incredible freshness make it perfect for a palate cleansing iced Summer drink, long or short.  ....moreIt has been specially created, just for us, by our highly accomplished liqueur makers Colin and Phyllis Hingston from Worcestershire. Their combination of fresh limes and vodka make this punchy, extremely well balanced liqueur ideal for cocktail lovers and is best kept in the deep freeze. It can be served as a palate cleanser between main and pudding courses, or as a shot with Smoked Salmon or Gravadlax. If you have a sweet tooth and enjoy trying something a little more daring, try a shot of Lime Vodka with a chocolate truffle cake or poured over chocolate ice cream. Some great ideas: Serve with 1 part Lime Vodka, 2 parts Ginger Beer to for a Moscow Mule; with a hint of Cointreau for wicked kind of Manhattan; with crushed ice and a sprig of mint for a hangover cure. As if that is not enough try it with tomato juice, horseradish, Lea and Perrins, ice and Tabasco for a truly wild Bloody Mary or simply with tonic and ice or lemonade for a lovely refreshing Summer sharpener. Sorry, did we mention you can use our Lime Vodka to make our very own West Coast Mojito with a shot of our Glaswegian Nelson's Spiced Rum Liqueur 20%, soda, ice and a little mint, marvelous!
