This is Britain's first spiced rum liqueur, which is made by Roy Lewis in Helensburgh, Glasgow. It was partly Roy's passion for British Naval history as a boy that inspired his decision to create such a delicious and extremely smooth rum liqueur. The clever blend of Demerara Rum from the Caribbean, ....more caramel and spices combine to produce the most wonderful taste imaginable. Our Rum Liqueur certainly does evoke the spirit of Lord Horatio Nelson, Britain's greatest Naval Officer, who spent many years service in the Caribbean. It is particularly apt that we should introduce this now, as we all remember the great military victory that was achieved by Admiral Nelson at the Battle of Trafalgar 200 years ago. Our Rum Liqueur can be drunk with a little ice as an aperitif or even as an after dinner tipple. Its maple syrup like qualities make it wonderful for splashing over ice cream. Tempted?
