This is another terrific creation from the Burberry Fruit Farm in Comrie, who also make our delicious and immensly popular Raspberry Vinegar. Our Bramble Vinegar is a relatively recent creation. The rich and perfumed taste of wild Scottish Brambles is clea ....morerly evident in this excellent vinegar. Its strength of character makes it irresistable when used as a dressing for salads, either on its own or with a little of any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils. For something different, try adding it to game or pork dish sauces for a little surprise.
