We seem to encourage a large amount of vibrant enthusiasm and energy in people when they shop with us.  This list is just some of the wonderful things people have said about us since we started in business and all are overwhelmingly flattering and many very funny!  They come from articles in the public press, online blogs and of course email and letters from all our fantastic customers.  I thought it would be nice to share a few of those feelings with you as they are very special and mean a lot to us.  Please do keep the comments coming, good or bad, as the good ones boost morale while the bad ones help us learn and improve.  Together they make the whole thing worth it!  Starting with most recent, here we go:

What fantastic service!  I placed my second (afterthoughts) Christmas Order on 22 December, expecting to be glad when it arrived in the New Year: it came this morning! Given your weather and the time of year, I think that's a remarkable performance. What fantastic service Anna and I had in your Victoria Street shop 3 weekends ago. We were doing our Christmas shopping on an extremely busy Saturday afternoon, the shop was heaving and your sales assistant (tall, Irish chap) could not have been more cheerful and helpful. Your staff were absolutely brilliant…..Your product is excellent; my family will love it; and I am extremely happy with the service that I received.  He (Carlos) was very courteous and helpful.  Just back from a family vacation in Edinburgh over Xmas. I agree with the others. Very nice place. Great staff  great apts. good location. The little town nearby had some great spots to eat and drink. The 'liquid deli' "Demijohn" is not to be missed..great spot to pick up oils  vinegars etc..Raspberry Vodka is the best.   The Trip Advisor
