Our 3 Year Old Cask Aged Dark Rum is not only smooth despite its strength of 54%, it has what is known as a Barbados Caribbean finish.
The finish is a rich and fruity sweetness of burnt molasses that has produced a melody of sweet caramel on both its nose and in its taste.
Authentic cask strength rum is like any matured, rare spirit. It can be sipped with ice or enjoyed neat at room temperature. However, this is a cask aged rum that can almost make your rum cocktails leap from your glass!
