Tasting Notes
The latest January 2021 harvest of Monterosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Portugal has been bottled in our handsome 1 Litre Apotheker Bottle. This is a great size of bottle for a regular user of olive oil when cooking at low temperatures or for dressing salads.
How do you use this?
The January 2021 harvest from Monterosa Estate produced a first class Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is slightly milder to taste in comparison to our Tuscan and Corfu Olive Oils, and sweeter. Its fabulous freshness and velvety texture make it a superb choice for pairing with milder foods such as fish and gentle flavoured salad leaves.
Choose our milder fruit vinegars such as our Apple Vinegar, Gooseberry Vinegar or our Elderflower Vinegar.
How is this made?
