We have bottled our gin based Black Cherry Liqueur 20% in our handsome, cube shaped Mystic 500ml stacking bottle to create a Cube of Black Cherry Gin. This fabulous, fruity drink would make a great treat for any cherry lover or for someone who likes to make cocktails with sparkling wine.
How is it best drunk?
While fruity, our Black Cherry Liqueur has a very slight sourness to it, appealing to gin drinkers who like something less sweet. The resulting taste is similar to a classic Cassis made from Blackcurrants, with a more complex series of flavours.
This is a drink that can be used help you celebrate in style. A small dash of our Black Cherry Liqueur in a champagne flute, topped up with the sparkling white wine of your choice, is all you need to make either a Kir, Champagne cocktail or a Bellini to get the party going! Black Cherry Liqueur is a good ingredient for red meat or game dishes to help enhance the taste of gravies and sauces, and it can be delicious over ice cream or in used in other dessert recipes.
How is this made?
Our Black Cherry Liqueur is made for us by the Hingston family from their Worcestershire Farm, using a generous amount of British Black Cherries infused in London Gin.
