Tasting Notes
Our fabulous Ginger Wine 14.5% is on a league of its own when it comes to British handmade Ginger Wine. Many will have tried other Ginger Wines, but this handmade Devonshire drink is a smoother and much more drinkable version that will delight the palate on any occasion.
We have bottled it here as a miniature in our beautiful, teardrop shaped Goccia 100ml bottle which can make for an attractive wedding favour or corporate gift.
How is it best drunk?
Our Ginger Wine can be sipped on its own, or used as the base for a multiple of deliciously warming cocktails when combined with some of our other drinks.
Try it with our Rhubarb Liqueur 23% to make a Carrie MaK, or combine with a shot of our Demijohn Finest Blended Scotch Whisky 40% and ice to make a classic Whisky Mac cocktail.
How is this made?
This is made for us by hand by a small team of passionate individuals in the West Country near Devon, from fresh ginger.
