What liqueurs are in the chocolates?
Our chocolates are made with some of our most popular handmade liqueurs, including Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur 23%, Seville Orange Gin 26%, Morello Cherry Brandy Liqueur 17%, Traditional Mead 14%, Sloe Gin Liqueur 25% and Raspberry Vodka Liqueur 22%.
Anything else I should know?
Our handmade liqueur chocolates are made for us by Ali and Friederike Gower, a lovely couple who founded their Company The Chocolate Tree in Haddington, just South of Edinburgh in 2009. They are famous for being one of only 5 companies in Britain to make chocolates directly from the cacoa bean. Their chocolates are made in small batches using fresh cream, ethically sourced ingredients & most importantly no added preservatives to give the best in natural flavours.
