How is this made?
The cacao nibs come from a remote mountain valley of Northern Peru. In a local village of Chililique local farmers are dedicated in processing their cacao to an exceptional standard for us to enjoy in form of this fabulous Milk Chocolate.
Anything else I should know?
Our handmade liqueur chocolates are made for us by friends Ali and Friederike Gower, a lovely couple who founded their Company The Chocolate Tree in Haddington, just South of Edinburgh in 2009.
They are famous for being one of only 5 companies in Britain to make chocolates directly from the cacao bean. Their chocolates are made in small batches using fresh cream, ethically sourced ingredients & most importantly no added preservatives to give the best in natural flavours.
