The Mini Spicy Quartet (4 x 100ml alcohol free cordial selection)

The Mini Spicy Quartet includes 4 delicious cordials. Our Rhubarb & Ginger Cordial, Spiced Apple Cordial, Spiced Plum Cordial and Pear & Cinnamon Cordial are all bottled in our miniature Mystic 100ml stacking bottles.

If you like your spices, then you will be in heaven with our Mini Spicy Quartet of non alcoholic drinks. Winter or Summer, these 4 distinctive flavours can make an impressive array of mocktails and cocktails, or simple refreshing alcohol free drinks that are not too sweet.

How is it best used?

Our cordials are very concentrated. Mix a single 25ml measure of cordial with at least 250ml of either tap water, soda water, or tonic water to make a fantastic long and refreshing drink. Use plenty of ice with slices of lime, lemon and other fruits to create delicious non-alcoholic cocktails or mocktails.

If you like mixing cocktails our cordials are perfect to be used as cocktail syrups to enhance virtually any spirit alcohol into a uniquely complex tasting cocktail. There is a lot of experimenting fun to be had!

How long will it last?

Our cordials are made of only natural ingredients, with no preservatives. If unopened and kept in a cool, dark place they should be safe to consume up to 3 months from purchase, or prior to the BBE (Best Before End) date shown on the bottle, which ever the earlier date. However, once opened the cordial should be refrigerated and consumed within 4 weeks.

Anything else I should know?

Frances and I have been deliberating on introducing a range of cordials to our Demijohn selection of drinks since we started in 2004. Finally, in early 2016 we discovered a little known micro producer called Charlotte Grant who not only is immensely passionate about making cordials, has a magical skill.

Charlotte has been making amazing cordials from hedgerow ingredients gathered in and around her Suffolk home for a number of years. These cordials are part of our range of non-alcoholic drinks which we plan to expand over time.
