We are currently offering FREE* economy 4 to 7 working day delivery to any UK mainland addresses for orders over £40, saving you £4.95.

Faster & Cheaper Delivery
Our delivery prices and speed for a UK mainland delivery have got cheaper and much faster!
Our new Economy 4 to 7 working day delivery service to any UK mainland address has reduced to £4.95 (was £5.95), we have a new Standard 2 to 3 working day delivery service is now £5.95.
Our Express delivery service can now deliver within 1 to 2 working days at a cheaper price of £6.95 (was £7.50).
Book an advance order?
You can book an advance order for a later delivery at any moment of the year, for example to remember a birthday or other important date. However, pre-Christmas is an obvious time to use this service.
To book an advance order simply place your order as normal online and then annotate a delayed delivery instruction in your online shopping basket notes field prior to checking out.

Delivery Charges
Your delivery charge will be calculated automatically on checkout and will vary depending on your chosen delivery address and speed of service. Unlike a lot of mail order companies, Demijohn only ever charges cost price for its delivery service.
So rest assured you are getting good value. Please note, our Free Delivery offer only applies to our Economy UK Delivery Service. See other notes on this page for further details.
International Delivery
Our website is designed to process our popular international delivery zones and your price is based on the total packed weight of your order. The heavier your order the greater the delivery charge.
However, please be aware larger orders are proportionally cheaper to send. If you are unable to complete an order online, it does not mean we do not wish to ship to you. So please contact us with your order request and we will provide you with a full quote of charges and conditions for you to consider.
Speed of Delivery
We currently have 3 delivery service speeds for UK mainland addresses, Economy, Standard and Express. Other UK deliveries are treated as Standard. International delivery speeds start at 5 working days and may vary depending on destination.
Economy UK mainland deliveries will normally arrive within 4 to 7 working days. Standard UK mainland deliveries will normally arrive within 2 to 3 working days. If you choose our Express UK mainalnd delivery service we will push your order to the front of the queue and do everything possible to get it to you within 1 to 2 working days.
Please note Express delivery is only available for UK Mainland delivery addresses and orders must be received by 10am on any working day to be delivered by the next working day.
Faster delivery times and Saturday deliveries may be possible. Delayed are also possible if required, to allow you to order in advance for a special occasion. To help us meet your deadline please write any delivery deadline details in the Special Delivery Instructions field when you checkout.
What happens if my order does not arrive on time?
Sadly delivery times cannot be guaranteed, although we will always do everything in our power to try and make your chosen delivery date and time.
If you require a faster delivery service than offered online then please contact us to make a special arrangement quoting your order number. Please be aware that an additional charge may apply for non standard delivery times.
