Butterscotch Cream Liqueur 17% is a luxuriously delicious drink. Handmade with real Devonshire cream, butterscotch and Somerset Cider Brandy, drunk cold over ice it is hard to resist.

We have bottled it here in our handsome Nocturne 350ml bottle, a good size for sharing with a small group of friends at Easter, Christmas or whenever! As a grown up birthday gift it would be very popular indeed. 

How is it best drunk?

Our Butterscotch Cream Liqueur is fabulous to drink over some blocks of ice. It can also be used to improve a dessert from simply pouring over plain vanilla ice cream or used to enhance the biscuit base of a Cheesecake. 

There are many cocktails possible with Butterscotch Cream Liqueur, such as The Lover's Tipple or our Elgin Espresso Martini Cocktail. 

How is this made?

This is handmade by a small team of passionate individuals in the West Country. First created by Nigel Howard, a retired banker who escaped the City in 1994 to make wine.

The brandy used in this delicate fusion comes from Julian Temperley’s Burrow Hill Farm, the creator of our magnificent 10 Year Old West Country Cider Spirit 42% and Somerset Pomona 20%.
