Gooseberry Whisky Liqueur harnesses the best about the flavour of a British Gooseberry, and combined it with a good Scotch Whisky to produce an exciting strong new taste for a Scotch Whisky.
Drunk long or short, this extraordinary tart tasting liqueur will appeal to spirit or dry wine drinkers looking for a less sweet drink.
How is it best drunk?
Single Malt Whisky and spirit drinkers, this drink is made for you. We are still experimenting. However, we enjoy this over ice or long with soda and lemon is our current preferred mixes.
How is this made?
The British Gooseberries are infused in Single Malt Scotch Whisky to create an amazing and unique flavour which we call Gooseberry Whisky Liqueur. There is no added sugar, just a delicious gooseberry taste.
Is there anything else I should know?
Gooseberries are know in our family as "goosegogs" and there are over 100 varieties in Great Britain, all with different flavours.
This drink is made for us in Moffat by the Bullard family, using British Gooseberries.
