Demijohn at Glenlair Steading - Opening Hours (updated on 7 Oct 2025):

Our new premises at Glenlair Steading is open. Visit us to shop, refill your empty Demijohn bottles or place an order online for collection from Glenlair Steading.

We also run events at Glenlair Steading. Details of planned events are listed on our fairs & events diary, bookable events are listed on our Book a Tasting Event page.

Store & Customer Services Normal Opening Hours: 

Monday to Friday - Open 10am to 4pm
Saturday and Sunday - Normally closed other than for special events.

Christmas 2025 Extended Opening Hours: 

Period Monday 1st Dec to Saturday 20th Dec:

Monday to Saturday - Open 10am to 4pm
Sunday - Closed

Period Sunday 21st Dec to Sunday 4th Jan:

Monday 22nd Dec - Open 10am to 4pm
Tuesday 23rd Dec - Open 10am to 4pm
Christmas Eve (Wed 24th Dec) - Open 10am to 4pm
Christmas Day (Thurs 25th Dec) - Closed
Boxing Day (Fri 26th Dec) - Closed
Saturday 27th Dec - Open by prior appointment only
Sunday 28th Dec - Closed

Monday 29th Dec - Open 10am to 4pm
Tuesday 30th Dec - Open 10am to 4pm
New Year's Eve (Wed 31st Dec) - Open 10am to 4pm
New Year's Day (Thurs 1st Jan) - Closed
Fri 2nd Jan - Open by prior appointment only
Saturday 3rd Jan - Closed
Sunday 4th Jan - Closed
Mon 5th Jan - Open 10am to 4pm (normal opening hours resume)

The Future is Bright!

If you cannot make it to see us at Glenlair Steading, we now have many new Concession Stores located within other amazing Farm Shops and independent retailers, to allow you to continue to refill your Demijohn bottles throughout the UK.

You can also refill your bottles using our new Mail Order Refill Service.

Please be aware that our York Store (11 Museum Street), Edinburgh Store (32 Victoria Street), Glasgow Store (382 Byres Road) and Oxford Store (20 Little Clarendon Street) are now all closed due to the end of their leases.

We are planning even more Concession Stores and events in and around the UK, so please sign up to our e-newsletter to find out where and when they will open and if we will be exhibiting near you soon.
