Few can doubt that the taste of rhubarb and ginger combine together beautifully. Within our Rhubarb and Ginger Jam, this reinforcing taste gives it a special lift.
Spread this jam on your toast for breakfast or tea, put it on pancakes with freshly whipped cream, or place a good dollop in your rice pudding. Are we making you hungry yet?

This jam has been handmade for us by our friends the Hesketh family, who live locally to us here in Galloway in Gatehouse of Fleet. The beautiful cylindrical shaped jar can be added into a hamper or Demijohn Goody Bag at your request.
