Nocturne of Raspberry Vodka Liqueur

Our Raspberry Vodka Liqueur 19% is bottled here in our Nocturne 350ml bottle. If you like raspberries and vodka then this liqueur will be for you. Written up by The Telegraph Newspaper in 2009 and again in May 2010 as being the only thing to shop for while in Edinburgh, we have it on good authority that it is worth a try!

How is it best drunk?

It can be drunk on its own as an aperitif, simply poured over ice, or drunk as a digestif after supper. It can be mixed with a dash of Dry Vermouth over ice to form a wonderful Raspberry Vodka Martini. There are reports that a splash of our Raspberry Vodka is being drunk merrily with Champagne, some have even used it on ice cream.....but experimentation is the key!

How is this made?

Created for us by Jill Brown in Elgin, it is made from fresh Scottish Raspberries infused in her Scottish Vodka and is described as utterly irresistible by all who try it.
