How is this best used?
When used together, this balsamic vinegar and garlic oil make a powerhouse of undeniably-garlicy flavour. Combine for a dressing that can be drizzled, dipped and mixed onto salads, over soups and into stews. Plus, this duo makes for a luxurious marinade for meats and vegetables. The options are practically endless!
Of course, each component of this set can be used individually to enhance your dishes, too.
The Black Garlic Balsamic Vinegar is often used it in stews, as marinades for meat and vegetables or to caramelise your ingredients in a hot pan with oil.
Alternatively it can be used as a dressing for the best leafy salads with a good strong flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil such as our Kabbadates Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Corfu.
The Garlic Rapeseed Oil has a high burn point so it is excellent for when frying or roasting. This oil is also fantastic for making marinades and dressing with our range of locally produced vinegars, such as our unique Aronia Berry Balsamic Vinegar.
