How is it best drunk?
The rich fruitiness of the Sloe Gin combined with the warmth of the Ginger Wine makes for a sipping experience like no other, we highly recommend enjoying half of each together in a glass with plenty of ice.
Our Sloe Gin is perfect as an after dinner drink or fresh air sharpener and can even be used for longer drinks such as a Kir with Champagne or in a Sloe Gin Rickey Cocktail. If you are ready to experiment, we urge you to try our Sloe Gin Martini or our Demijohn Wibble Cocktail.
Ginger Wine is very versatile and can be used with all kinds of liqueurs to add a layer of warmth, please do let us know if you choose to experiment with it! Or, simply sip your Ginger Wine on its own, it is especially fantastic when served chilled.
There are many cocktail recipes that Ginger Wine enhances, you could try it with our Bramble Scotch Whisky to make a Fruity Highlander or with our Rhubarb Vodka to make a Carrie MaK, or combine with a shot of our Demijohn Finest Blended Scotch Whisky 40% and ice to make a classic Whisky Mac cocktail.
