Aronia Berry Cordial is unique to Demijohn and the latest addition to our range of alcohol free drinks. This wonderfully fruity yet dry non-alcoholic aperitif is made from huge amounts of ripe, handpicked British Aronia berries. It is deliciously refreshing when mixed as a longer drink with tonic, still or sparkling water at any time of the year.
With a taste similar to a Campari and Soda, a properly mixed Aronia Berry Cordial cocktail may also have excellent health benefits. At the very least it is alcohol free, however, it is also preservative free, low in sugar and full of natural goodness.
Aronia berries are small fruits, also known as Black Chokeberries, that grow well in Scotland and Northern Ireland as they enjoy plenty of rain. They have a stringent taste making them less sweet than other common soft fruits such as blackberries or raspberries.
The berries are packed full of helpful antioxidants and crucial vitamins that not only add to a healthy diet, they make this unique non-alcoholic aperitif taste amazing.

All of our cordials are very concentrated, and our Aronia Berry Cordial is has the most concentrated taste of all the cordials within our range.
Mix a single 25ml measure of cordial with at least 250ml of either tonic, still or sparkling water to make a fantastic long and refreshing drink. Use plenty of ice with slices of fruit such as lime and lemon to embellish the drink and create a special alcoholic free cocktail or "mocktail".

Our cordials are made of only natural ingredients, with no preservatives. If unopened and kept in a cool, dark place they should be safe to consume up to 3 months from purchase, or prior to the BBE (Best Before End) date shown on the bottle, which ever the earlier date. However, once opened the cordial should be refrigerated and consumed within 4 weeks.

Frances and Angus first introduced a range of cordials to Demijohn's selection of drinks in 2016 after discovering a little known micro producer called Charlotte Grant who not only was immensely passionate about making cordials, had a magical skill.
