Our house gin is known as Demijohnnie Gin and comes from Glasgow. It has been chosen for good reason as its subtle citrus qualities make it wonderful for a G&T when combined with our Scottish Walter Gregor's Tonic Water.
It can also be used to make many exciting gin cocktails. While strong at 50% abv, it is still remarkably smooth and can be drunk neat over ice to be sipped slowly and enjoyed cautiously.
Gin cocktails we recommend you try include our Scottish Rose Cocktail, which combines our Demijohnnie Gin with a Single Malt Scotch Whisky, and our Blackcurrant Bomb Cocktail, which uses our Blackcurrant Gin Liqueur to make a fruity punch.
Our house gin is made for us in Glasgow and is based on a London Gin recipe. Our Mystic 500 Oak Wood Presentation Box is handmade for us by our cabinet makers in Cumbria using European Oak.

All our bottles are refillable and can be personalised with a free handwritten message.
