Our deliciously fruity Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur 18% has been bottled in our quirky one litre Milk bottle. This fantastic drink is a far cry from milk however!
Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur 18% is a port-like drink that is delicious when accompanying a cheese board, or on colder nights. This drink combines the best of fresh brambles with a fantastic Scotch Whisky. It could make a great gift for a Single Malt Scotch Whisky drinker who enjoys discovering new whisky flavours.
How is it best drunk?
Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur 18% can be used to make some cracking whisky cocktails, such as our Fruity Highlander or The Demijohn Wibble.
How is this made?
The secret to our creating our Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur lies with the Bullard Family in Moffat. Masses of real fruit is infused in Scotch Whisky to create a fruity whisky liqueur with a hint of smoke from the whisky and a burst of hedgerow fruit.
Is there anything else I should know?
Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur, also known as "Brammle" the Scots word for a bramble, was our founding drink when we launched Demijohn in Edinburgh in 2004. It has won awards, a favourite of whisky and non whisky drinkers and is delicious when served in place of Port with a selection of cheese.
