Our Mini Bellini Rack includes 3 popular drinks that make 3 different Bellini Cocktails. The Bellini Cocktail is a simple, yet fabulously delicious sparkling cocktail perfect for any celebratory moment. Use the Raspberry Vodka Liqueur, 22% Gooseberry Gin Liqueur 17% and Morello Cherry Brandy Liqueur 17% within the rack to make either a Raspberry Bellini, Gooseberry Bellini or a Morello Bellini. This is a great cocktail gift idea.
How is it best drunk?
To make a Bellini Cocktail simply pour a measure of one of the 3 liqueurs into a Champagne Flute or tall wine glass. Then top up with either chilled Prosecco, Champagne, Cava or another sparkling white wine. To really intensify the fruit flavour of your Bellini, add a small spoonful of chilled fruit purée to each glass along with the liqueur and gently muddle with the sparkling white wine.
Anything else I should know?
The Bellini Cocktail originated in Venice, Italy in the 1930's and traditionally used Prosecco mixed with peach purée.
