We have filled three of our charming Chiara 100ml bottles with our fresh Lemon Rapeseed Oil, our zingy Elderflower Vinegar and our sweet Raspberry Vinegar, both delicious vinegars being from Dalmeny.

How is this best used?

The Mini Summer Salad Dressing Gift Set is very versatile, whether you pair the Yorkshire Lemon Rapeseed Oil with either of the delicious vinegars for a vinaigrette that will brighten any salad and uplift many a meal. You can of course utilise each component individually for limitless flavour experiences.

Our Lemon Rapeseed Oil can enhance many dishes with its zingy twist, from roasting vegetables to frying, and even to create new and more delicious varieties of dips recipes such as our Original Hummus Recipe, or within cakes and baking recipes.

Raspberry Vinegar can be drizzled over a fruit salad for an extra sweet punch, but it can be used in a myriad of other ways: over Yorkshire Puddings, on ice cream or in place of soy sauce for example.

For a deliciously refreshing drink dilute either the Raspberry Vinegar or Elderflower Vinegar with sparkling water and plenty of ice for a refreshing drink that is utterly moreish. 

As a mixed dressing together, the Elderflower Vinegar and Lemon Rapeseed Oil creates our Elderflower Vinaigrette, however, Elderflower Vinegar can be used over fruit in fruit salad or in baking, such as in our recipe Elderflower Cake for the Pickers.
