One of our more unusual finds in the Demijohn collection of products. It is made by a Somerset farming family, who have founded their fortune on the back of making some exceptionally good cheese known as Godminster.
How is it best drunk?
The cucumber taste is distinctive and provides a deliciously serious spirit to be drunk as a chilled shot or to add fire to a cocktail. Have fun!
How is this made?
In 2006 Godminster decided to have a go at making the odd liqueur and in the same vein as making cheese have found themselves to be rather good at it! This is an incredible example of a seriously sophisticated vegetable spirit infusion using homegrown organic cucumber and organically distilled English vodka.
