The delicious oil component of this gift set, Spinelli Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, has a delightfully peppery flavour that develops on your palate. Exciting things happen when it is paired with either the Gooseberry Vinegar or Raspberry Vinegar for a wonderous vinaigrette that adds a lot of personality to your salads. Whether you use each component on its own or mixed together, you will be in for a treat!

The Gooseberry Vinegar is both tarte and sweet, like a white wine balsamic, it is also great for dressing all kinds of salads, whether they are leafy or fruity, and it is seriously delicious over ice cream!
