How is it best drunk?
Try it straight over ice or mix it with Champagne or sparkling wine as a Kir. Our Rhubarb Bellini Cocktail is definitely worth a try. You cannot go far wrong just drinking it long with tonic, ice and a slice of lemon! This is a clever and unique drink that when made into a long drink would start a Summer party beautifully. How is this made?
The origin of our Rhubarb Vodka Liqueur lies on the banks of Loch Ness, near Inverness. Sheep Farmer and Organic Rhubarb Grower Andrew Lyle produced our first version of this now well developed and much loved drink for us in 2006. Over the years its taste and production methods have developed slightly to keep up with demand. Scottish Rhubarb is now infused in Scottish Vodka for us by retired PE Teachers Robin and Derry Ford near their home in East Lothian. Their well practiced skill in making drinks for us has resulted in a magically fresh, distinctly rhubarb tasting drink that is quite frankly delicious.
