How is this made?
Roy and Penny Lewis have developed many a fine drink in their time and this is no exception. Based now in Helensburgh, just North of Glasgow, this particular drink was inspired by their time in the Lake District, where sugar cane was once mixed with whisky in the Eighteenth Century to create a similar drink. By carefully blending butterscotch, caramel and Scotch Whisky Roy and Penny have once again created a seriously smooth whisky liqueur with a Scottish twist worthy of praise.
