Our seriously fruity Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur 18% and our refined and warming Sloe Gin 22% make for a duo that is perfect for celebrating all kinds of life events, whether that's birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and more.
If you are cosying up with that special someone on a Winter's evening or toasting with friends at your dinner table, these two fabulous liqueurs are delicious and can be appreciated all year around.
Our Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur is a Demijohn staple as it is our founding drink from over twenty years ago. It has stood the test of time for an exceedingly good reason, we would love for you to sip and see for yourself.
Whereas our Sloe Gin won the Boutique Distillers category at the World Sloe Gin Championships in Jan 2020, and was awarded "Best Artisan Sloe Gin" at the same championships 3 years running in Dec 2014, 2015 and 2016. We are as you can imagine, chuffed to bits!
How is it best drunk?
Our Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur which is delicious to drink after supper, especially with cheese, or in a hip flask to use as a nip when out walking in the hills. Its rich, full bodied, almost port like flavour makes is perfect for use in gravies and sauces for game and red meat dishes. It is loved by whisky drinkers and non whisky drinkers alike and can be mixed into a Fruity Highlander Cocktail with our Ginger Wine for a clever play on a Whisky Mac Cocktail.
Our Sloe Gin is similar as it is perfect as an after dinner drink or fresh air sharpener and can even be used for longer drinks such as a Kir with Champagne or in a Sloe Gin Rickey Cocktail. If you are ready to experiment, we urge you to try our Sloe Gin Martini or our Demijohn Wibble Cocktail.
