How is this best used?
As a mixed dressing together they create a delicious raspberry and lemon vinaigrette which is delightful over leafy salads. Each component can be used in baking to really enhance the flavour of classic treats, including lemon and raspberry cake for example.
Raspberry Vinegar can be drizzled over a fruit salad for an extra sweet punch, but it can be used in a myriad of other ways: over Yorkshire Puddings, on ice cream or in place of soy sauce for example.
For a deliciously refreshing drink dilute with sparkling water and plenty of ice. This was, we are told, traditionally drunk after the ladies' tennis matches some forty or fifty years ago. Some people add it to the ingredients of a Pavlova!
