We highly recommend that you try mixing the Bramble Scotch Whisky and Ginger Wine into an unforgettable whisky cocktail, The Fruity Highlander.
Our Ginger Wine is also very versatile and can be drunk on its own, a little like sherry, or mixed into a cocktail with all kinds of other drinks to add a layer of warmth.
Ginger Wine can be combined with our Rhubarb Vodka Liqueur to make our own Carrie MaK Cocktail, or with a shot of Demijohn's Finest Blended Scotch Whisky 40% and ice to make a classic Whisky Mac Cocktail.
