As a drink, the intense raspberry flavour combines beautifully with the stronger Scotch Whisky to create an unsweetened, unique drink.
The sourness of our Raspberry Whisky Liqueur makes it ideal as an alternative to a sweet liqueur. Drink is long as an aperitif or short as a strong after dinner drink with ice.
How is it best drunk?
If you are a fan of a Whisky Sour, try this drink by add some fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup to make a beautiful Raspberry Whisky Sour. We would also recommend it elongated, with soda and a few slices of cucumber and mint to make a refreshing Summer cup.

How is this made?
Our Raspberry Whisky Liqueur is made with real Scottish raspberries, and is infused in a good Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This creates an intense dry raspberry flavour liqueur as no extra sugar is added to this process.
Is there anything else I should know?
Our Raspberry Whisky Liqueur 18% is made for us in Moffat and is very different to our well known and sweeter Raspberry Vodka Liqueur 22%.
