How is it best drunk?

Our Spiced Rum Liqueur and Ginger Wine can be easily combined to make one of our most fiery cocktails, aptly named Global Warming. The richness of the Spiced Rum combined with the spice of the Ginger Wine to makes a sipping experience like no other!

Spiced Rum Liqueur can be drunk over ice as an aperitif or even as an after dinner tipple. It makes a fabulous ingredient in many of our rum cocktails such as our Bloody Pirate or Demijohn Dark Mojito. Its sweetness means it is wonderful splashed over ice cream.

Ginger Wine is great for adding a little energy and spice into a cocktail or delicious when served chilled.
