Dark & Stormy Rack

Our Dark and Stormy Rack combines a set of 3 bottles containing the ingredients of our Dark and Stormy Cocktail. Bottled to order in our beautiful Chiara 100ml bottles, the bottles are cleverly tied together as a tasting set in our British handmade Poplar wood bottle rack. A short piece of wooden dowel is withdrawn, similar to a tantalus, to magically release the bottles.

What is in it?

Bottled in the Dark and Stormy Rack is our delicious Spiced Rum Liqueur 20%, our Lime Vodka Liqueur 24% and our Ginger Wine 14.5%. This is a perfect small presentation set for a Rum or Cocktail enthusiast.

How is it best drunk?

While each of these is delicious drunk alone as a liqueur or with some ice they also make up the main ingredients for several of our favourite Cocktails including a Dark and Staurmy, our own take on the classic Bermudan Cocktail; a Demijohn Dark Mojito; and Joe's latest invention, Global Warming, irreverently named but aimed to warm you in our own rather chilly climate.

Anything else I should know?

The wooden rack that holds the bottles is hand crafted by our team of British cabinet makers in Cumbria using sustainably sourced British Poplar wood. If you would like to vary the contents of your set, you can!  Please build your own Chiara 100ml Bottle Rack or if you would like an alternative version please choose either our Verdi 200ml Bottle Rack or our 5 bottle Apotheker 40ml Bottle Rack.
