Our Scottish Rhubarb Liqueur is beloved by many, its distinct flavour is one that you will end up coming back to again and again (that's what makes refilling so great for!) and our Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur is a Demijohn staple as it is our founding drink from over twenty years ago. It has stood the test of time for a very good reason!
How is it best drunk?
Our Bramble Scotch Whisky Liqueur is delicious to drink after supper, especially with cheese, or in a hip flask to use as a nip when out walking in the hills.
Its rich, full bodied, almost port like flavour makes is perfect for use in gravies and sauces for game and red meat dishes. It is loved by whisky drinkers and non whisky drinkers alike.
We love to add fizz to some of our drinks, with either Indian Tonic Water or Sparkling White Wine. Our Rhubarb Liqueur is excellent for exactly that. Mixed with Prosecco this drink can make our Rhubarb Bellini Cocktail, the most brilliant of party starting cocktails. Drinking it long with tonic, ice and a slice of lemon is also encouraged on hot Summer days.
We can highly recommend it paired with our Ginger Wine to make either our Royal Rhubarb & Ginger Cosmopolitan Cocktail or our Carrie MaK Cocktail.
