It can be drunk on its own as an aperitif, simply poured over ice, or drunk as a digestif after supper. It can be mixed with a dash of Dry Vermouth over ice to form a wonderful Raspberry Vodka Martini. There are reports that a splash of our Raspberry Vodka is being drunk merrily with Champagne, some have even used it on ice cream.....but experimentation is the key!
How is this made?
Created for us by our passionate producer Jill Brown in Elgin, it is made from fresh Scottish Raspberries infused in Scottish Vodka and is described as utterly irresistible by all who try it.
Anything else I should know?
This delicious drink has always attracted attention. The original drink was first noted for excellence in 2004 as one of the top 100 liqueurs in the world by the Scotland on Sunday. Then is was written up by The Telegraph Newspaper in 2009 and again in May 2010 as being the only thing to shop for while in Edinburgh.
We therefore have it on good authority that it is worth a try!
